He has represented Team USA in the FIBA Basketball World Cup and the 2016 Rio Olympics.

When was Kyrie Irving drafted?

Kyrie Irving was a five-star recruit out of high school and committed to Duke University in October 2009. He spent two seasons at Duke. His first season was cut short due to a severe ligament injury, so he decided to stay in college for another season. Irving declared for the 2011 NBA draft and was picked first overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers. He spent six years with the franchise before joining the Boston Celtics for a two-year stint. He then spent three and a half seasons with the Brooklyn Nets, before being traded to the Dallas Mavericks in February 2023.

How Many NBA titles has Kyrie Irving won?

Kyrie Irving and LeBron James led the Cavaliers to the NBA Finals, but a knee cap fracture in Game 1 prematurely ended the point guard’s first trip to the championship series. Irving and James took the Cavaliers to their second straight Finals the following year but trailed 3-1 after Game 4. The duo pulled off the impossible and ended up winning the championship against Warriors.
