Prior to the New Year superstars Shohei Ohtani and Aaron Judge shared important life updates on social media. Los Angeles Dodgers two-way star Shohei Ohtani along with his wife Mamiko Tanaka are expecting their first child.
However, it’s not only them. Their World Series rival team’s captain Aaron Judge also announced that he and his wife Samantha Bracksieck will welcome their baby girl soon.
Both news took the internet by storm, as both are not only MLB stars but also fan favorites respectively. Shohei Ohtani took to Instagram to post a photo of a pink onesie, a little pair of sneakers, and a sonogram alongside their dog Decoy.
In the caption he wrote, “Can’t wait for the little rookie to join our family soon.” Earlier this year, in a surprise announcement in February, Shohei revealed that he is married to someone from his hometown.
His wife’s name was not initially revealed, but he was later captured posing next to Mamiko Tanaka on a Dodgers post on X. While they kept their private lives separate from the media, it was noted that Tanaka is a Japanese basketball player.
Aaron Judge and his wife Samantha Bracksieck are welcoming their baby girl
An exclusive report from PageSix confirmed earlier this week that New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge and his wife Samantha Bracksieck are expecting their first child. They are on their way to welcome their baby girl, confirmed by the mother-to-be.
Judge and Samantha are yet to comment further on the details as of now. The duo met each other as teenagers and stuck together throughout college days. They later tied the knot in December 2021 in a privately arranged party.
Judge is known for keeping personal life private and he has definitely lived up to the rumors. Their engagement date is unknown even now. Furthermore, both Judge and Samantha rarely post anything on social media.

In a July podcast, Judge revealed how Samantha helped him secure Yankees $360 million contract in 2022. While he rarely talks about his personal life, it was interesting to get a peek at his relationship. Their wedding took place at the Montage Kapalua Bay resort in Maui, Hawaii.
