A month ago, Maryse opened up about the complicated and severe issues she had been facing for months. As such, she sought medical attention from various places to find the diagnosis. After being told to “let it go,”  the WWE star, with the help of an OB-GYN in Los Angeles, found out she was suffering from a rare pre-cancer of the ovaries. As a result, she had to undergo surgery, which, as revealed by her, has gone successfully.

Maryse took to Instagram to share the positive update. Two weeks ago, the 41-year-old went in for a procedure to remove her ovaries, uterus, cervix, and tubes. In addition to that, she also had staging of the lymph nodes to check whether the cancer had spread. Thankfully, Maryse received confirmation from pathology that it had not.

At last, the veteran also thanked her family, friends, and the fans who showered her with heartwarming messages throughout her struggles. Maryse’s husband, The Miz, will be competing in a six-pack tag team ladder match at WrestleMania. Therefore, it wouldn’t come as a surprise if she attended the Showcase of Immortals to support the A-Lister.
