Joe Gibbs Racing’s Christopher Bell is one of the most accomplished and fastest Sprint car racing drivers in USA. But he was banned from racing in series by his team JGR, since 2022 owing to the Toyota team’s policy to keep their drivers safe from accidents. But the TRD team decided to change their policy with three of their four driver having interest in Sprint racing.

Christopher Bell is over the moon to finally end his hiatus and make his return to the sport, after spending three years in the sidelines as a fan. While talking about the return with Kreitz Racing No. 69K team on February 5’s DIRTcar Nationals at Florida’s Volusia Speedway Park, he admitted that he is elated about the return and is excited about driving for the top team.

Watching the 69K run over the years has been super impressive. Don and the Kreitz team are top notch and I’m excited to see what it’s like to drive.

Christopher Bell told FloRacing.

He pointed out that he is looking forward to getting his feet wet and learn how comfortable he would be about his return. The Florida race would also help Bell to prepare better for the Kubota High Limit Racing season opener at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in March.

Christopher Bell’s team owner hails his character

In the same interview, Bell’s sprint car racing team owner Kreitz Jr. shares his thoughts on the driver and his clam character. He pointed out that Bell is one of the top drivers in the world who is very polite, good at everything he does and someone who was raised right.

It’s amazing. It’s hard to believe that it’s really going to happen. Naturally he’s one of the top drivers in the world as far as being able to run different stuff and run good in everything. He’s really versatile and seems he was raised right, very polite.

Kreitz Jr. said.

The comments from Kreitz shows how much he respects the talent of Christopher Bell. It would be interesting to see how the No:20 TRD driver perform in the 2025 season in the Sprint car races and how it will benefit her to perform well in NASCAR.
