With a dominating win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas that earned them the No. 1 seed in the AFC, the Kansas City Chiefs players are spending their off week enjoying hockey and women’s soccer games. The St. Louis Blues and Nashville Predators game featured a standout moment when Creed Humphrey especially lit up the big screen in style.
The Chiefs linebacker attended the ice hockey game to support the Blues, who defeated the Predators in a tough-contested game at 7-4. During the game, the camera panned at Humphrey, who was sitting with a glass of beer in his hands, and without hesitating, he lifted his glass of beer and chugged it down in one swift motion.
The Blues shared a clip from the Friday game on their official media to give a shoutout to the Chiefs star lineman, who sparked infectious energy at the game by chugging his beer to celebrate the Blues’ impressive game.

Patrick Mahomes emphasizes need for bye week to heal and prepare for playoffs
After securing the dominating 29-10 victory and clinching the No. 1 seed in the conference, the Chiefs superstar signal-caller shared the importance for the much-needed off week that his team got after the Christmas game. He emphasized the importance of it for team recovery and player’s health as it will allow them to regain their best shape before heading into the postseason.
Having said that, he did not share whether the team plans to get the star players to play the Week 18 game or rather give them a break like last season to avoid any risks of injuries and left it to head coach Andy Reid.
