2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick and his wife Delana Harvick are one of the power Couples of stock car racing. The couple met for the first time at Michigan International Speedway in 2000, when the racer was chasing the Xfinity titles and it took just one year to get married. She has been Harvick’s rock in the highs and lows of his career.

They have a happy family with son Keelan Harvick, who is 12 now and is looking to follow Kevin Harvick in racing. The couple also welcomed their daughter Piper in 2017 and the seven-year-old brough more smile to their family. Recently she celebrated her birthday, and Delana Harvick had a special birthday message.

Mrs. Harvick, who is known for being pretty active on social media, highlighted that her daughter is sassy, independent, witty, spicy, loving and also is someone who is doesn’t take any BS. Her comments show Piper has inherited some of the best characters of her parents. She added that she is grateful to be her mom.

Kevin Harvick’s post-retirement goal involves racing career of his children

The future Hall of Famer retired from the sport in 2022, following two-decade long career that saw him accomplish things only a few could match. One of his major goals in the life away from NASCAR to finally have more time with her family.

Helping his son Keelan Harvick thrive in the junior racing series and helping her to thrive, potentially make a career for herself in NASCAR is other goal of Harvick. He is hoping achieve this goal by helping him land seats in the different events and also get her opportunity with his now revived team KHI.

Harvick also has plans to help his daughter Piper, who has also shown interest in racing like his brother. It would be interesting to see if the veteran can make great racers out of his children and potentially expand their family racing legacy.
