Luka Doncic has already expressed his desire to have a career like Dirk Nowitzki in Dallas. Since being drafted with the Dallas Mavericks, Dirk remained a lifetime Maverick. Luka too made his intentions clear by buying a $2.7 million house in Dallas. The outer area of the house that Luka bought was recently refurbished by John Huffman of JH Design and Build. The house was built in 1984 by modernist architect Hardy McCullah.

During Mavericks Media Day in 2019, Luka openly expressed his desire to remain and end his career in Dallas.

Dirk’s been here 21 years. I want to stay here. If they want me, I'll be here.

Mavericks’ owner Mark Cuban’s home on Deloache Avenue is just a five-minute drive or seven-minute bike ride from the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 5,225-square-foot property, which is situated on a 0.78-acre lot.

It is unclear whether Luka lives in his house alone or stays with his longtime girlfriend, Anamaria Goltes. His sweetheart is sometimes seen posing with their dogs, dining his jersey on Instagram.

The home is a two-story modern showpiece with open living spaces, enormous, gigantic walls of glass, and windows on both floors that let in plenty of light and provide a view of the opulent yard and chic swimming pool. The house isn’t big, but it’s the perfect size for a single man.

Additionally, the house has a modern new metal roof, an outdoor projector, power blinds, upgraded pool equipment, and landscaping. The improvements have pushed the 1984-built property firmly into the twenty-first century. The residence also has the Control4 smart home system. The smart home system has recently been enhanced to include both indoor and outdoor living areas.
