Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has once again captured the spotlight—this time not for his team’s struggles on the field, but for his astonishingly bizarre eating habits. Following his recent admission on a local radio show, the 82-year-old has stirred up both shock and amusement among fans.

With the Christmas holiday in hindsight, the Dallas Cowboys owner made some interesting revelations last week about his fondness for raccoon and squirrel brains. This week, he took it a step further by discussing his enjoyment of bull testicles, which dish is known as calf fries, and turkey testicles, referred to as turkey fries.

Whether anyone would be convinced or not, Jones also has an explanation for such strange eating habits. He reminisced about his youth days in politics when the politicians used to have calf fry banquets, and he grew a fondness of these distinct dishes since then.

Inspired by those fancy dinners, he even recalled serving calf fries to media members many years ago, though he did not disclose what they were eating and simply quipped,
