“It’s just not going the way!” Tyreek Hill’s recent statement sparks Dolphins exit rumors once again
Frustrated by the current situation at the Miami Dolphins, Tyreek Hill advised his fans that they should check his tape before talking trash about him.

Not so long ago, Stephen A. Smith claimed Tyreek Hill leaving the Kansas City Chiefs was the biggest mistake by a player in recent years. On one hand, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are 7-0 and inching closer to a three-peat; on the other, Hill and the Miami Dolphins are losing games almost every week.
After eight weeks of football in 2024, Hill has only caught 30 passes for 336 yards and one touchdown. At this rate, he will barely cross the 1000-yard mark, let alone replicate the 1700+ yards from last year.
Naturally, Dolphins fans aren’t happy with the dip in form by the player who called himself the best receiver in the league earlier this month. However, after the Dolphins’ latest defeat against the Cardinals on Sunday, fans have begun to lose patience with the All-Pro wide receiver.
The loss has left the Dolphins with just two wins in their last seven outings. This caused a rift between the players and the fans, accusing them of a lack of effort during game days. Hill is all about giving his 200% and had no other option left but to address the situation.
Instead of speaking directly to the media, the 30-year-old chose his Instagram to spread his words.

Will Tyreek Hill stick around in Miami?
The biggest question after the Dolphins extended quarterback Tua Tagovailoa’s contract was regarding the extension talks with Hill, who, according to him, had been active since the Super Bowl ended in February. This led to the speculation that Hill might be open to a move elsewhere if the Dolphins don’t pay him his asking price.
Among the handful of landing destinations, the one that stood out the most was a return to the Chiefs, as they needed wide receiver #1. Relinking with 3x Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes would have been a fairy tale scenario for Hill, but it never happened.
Dolphins eventually agreed to adjust Hill’s contract to $30 million a year. In the meantime, the Super Bowl winner has constantly stated that he and his family love Miami and he wants to retire as a Dolphin.
The window of his return to Kansas City is shut for the time being as the Chiefs signed DeAndre Hopkins. Additionally, they have Juju Smith-Schuster, Xavier Worthy, Hollywood Brown, and Rashee Rice, all fighting in the starting lineup.
