White had a front-seat view of Curry’s 3-point shooting at the 2024 Paris Olympics. During the event, he noticed the Golden State Warriors star’s greatness and his ability to change the game within seconds.
In a recent appearance on the Youngman and Three podcast, White spoke highly of Curry and labeled his game as ‘mesmerizing.’

Although Curry finished the Olympic final with a team-high 24 points, the champions’ victory was cemented by his late-game shooting performance. He made four 3-pointers in response to France’s late run, including a crucial dagger shot over two defenders with 33 seconds left which made headlines all over the world.
Curry’s shooting prowess even stunned Mark Few, the associate head coach of Team USA. Few, the assistant coach for Team USA and head coach of Gonzaga, shed light on Curry’s incredible shooting performance in a conversation with Colin Cowherd on The Herd.

Curry had his first Olympic experience in Paris and took full advantage of it. After having a rough first four games, he was at his best in the semifinal against Serbia and in the final against France. In those two games, he made 17 of 26 three-pointers and scored 60 points.
