It’s college basketball season, and JuJu Watkins drew a star-studded crowd to the Galen Center in Los Angeles to watch her play. Fans at the arena witnessed USC face off against Notre Dame in a thrilling matchup. Among the notable attendees were WNBA sensation Cameron Brink and American rapper Snoop Dogg, who showed up to cheer for the team.
The Los Angeles Sparks’ official X account shared a picture of Cameron Brink connecting with Snoop Dogg at the USC women’s basketball game. Brink sported a leather jacket over a blue top, paired with a black skirt and boots.
Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg made a statement in a custom-made JuJu Watkins outfit. He wore a T-shirt featuring Watkins’s face, layered with a matching jacket that displayed her full name. To complete his look, he accessorized with his signature gold chain and black shades.

The nail-biting match turned upside down by the end as Notre Dame took a 74-61 victory against USC. This also marked JuJu Watkins and USC’s first loss of the season. The star player of the team, Watkins, scored 24 points, the game high. Despite the loss, the fans are hoping to see her play alongside Brink with the Sparks. It just might be with the team holding the No. 2 pick in next year’s WNBA draft.
Dogg and Brink weren’t the only well-known faces who attended the game. Fellow LA Sparks players also joined Brink, namely, Chiney Ogwumike, Candace Parker, and Dearica Hamby. In such a short duration, Cameron Brink has managed to make her place among recognizable names in the WNBA. Although her rookie season was cut short due to an ACL injury, she did not fail to make her mark.

Although Cameron Brink hit her offseason earlier than expected, she did not stop hustling off the court. In a conversation with CNBC, the Sparks rookie shared an instance from after her season-ending injury. Brink recalled doing a shoot with LegalZoom and realizing that she would not be held back by an injury.
As Brink focuses on recovering from her ACL tear, she stated that she is not deviating from her ‘main goal’, that is, basketball. Additionally, she shed some light on her WNBA income and explained how her outside court ventures were bringing in more money. However, she believed that her success in the WNBA was what gained her success outside.
Besides the WNBA, Brink gained widespread attention for her fashion sense and expression. Her distinct style has led to her rise in popularity on social media as well. Currently, Brink boasts 1.3 million followers on Instagram, being one of the most followed personalities in the league.
