Kansas City Chiefs are 15-1 this season, sustaining only one loss to the Buffalo Bills. The Chiefs secured their fourth No.1 spot in the AFC in the last ten years, gaining a bye week in the postseason.
The Chiefs are only three playoff victories away from surpassing the 1972 Miami Dolphins—the only team to achieve a perfect season. However, this hinges on the Chiefs winning all their remaining games, including their regular-season finale.
Sounding a note of caution for all playoff hopefuls, Julian Edelman urged these teams to take decisive action swiftly. He also issued a warning to their quarterbacks, emphasizing that they have just three weeks to prevent the Chiefs from achieving a historic milestone.
"The #Chiefs are the best football team… And it's not even close."

However, the Kansas City Chiefs are not the sole dominant team in the league at the moment. Contenders such as the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens from the AFC and the Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, and Philadelphia Eagles from the NFC present significant challenges for the reigning champions. Edelman’s statement poses a significant problem – the Chiefs had rather not-so-entertaining wins.
Terry Bradshaw doesn’t believe in Kansas City Chiefs’ three-peat
Terry Bradshaw, NFL Hall of Famer and four-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers expressed his doubts about the Kansas City Chiefs in the recent episode of NFL Sunday on FOX. Bradshaw maintained that he doesn’t believe in the Chiefs’ ability to reach Super Bowl LIX, scheduled for February 9, 2025, at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was even more skeptical about their chances of securing a victory in the championship game.
Terry Bradshaw admitted that the fact this has never happened in NFL history before is one of the reasons why the Kansas City Chiefs can’t win. He went on to express that the Chiefs are getting rid of the ball quickly.
Bradshaw further stated that if the Chiefs were to face a team like the Buffalo Bills or the Baltimore Ravens, they could be defeated. Safe to say, he was strong in his belief of the same.
