Since stepping into the realm of elite combat sports competitions, Turki Alalshikh has had a profound impact on the sport. Hence, the chairman of Saudi Arabian Sports Entertainment has achieved remarkable progress in uniting top boxers and rival promotion companies. Furthermore, without his intervention, they would have remained far from reaching any substantial agreements or fighting declarations. Now, Alalshikh plans on establishing a new element in the sport to further revolt against it.
For the past few years, we’ve been fortunate to witness some incredible battles and displays of skill from the world’s best boxers. This will include Matchroom, Queensberry, and Golden Boy promotions among others, and could mark the beginning of a fresh chapter in the history of boxing.

The PIF’s involvement in sports such as golf and racing has been documented. Subsequently, the report suggests that an investment of $4–5 billion or more might be allocated to buying the promotional companies to create a unified league. From the viewpoint of fans, there should be minimal opposition to this grand initiative.
