Former American president Donald Trump stated in his latest interview that school-going children are being taken away by authorities without parental consent. The Republican leader subtly hinted at forced gender conversions.
After this gained a lot of traction, Andy Roddick refuted the claim straight away. A social media post showing Trump talking about the forced gender conversion under the current regime went viral on Tuesday.
In the video, Trump is heard saying that a young man leaves for school and is taken away without any consent from his parents. He further claimed that ‘unthinkable things’ are done to the young men.
With Trump’s claim going viral on social media, Roddick was quick to counter that statement. The former American tennis ace said that nothing of this sort ever happened and that this claim from the Republican presidential candidate was insane.

Roddick was joined by a few other users who felt it was nothing more than a rumor. However, a few sided with Trump on this claim. But how true are these staggering claims about gender-affirming care in America?
As it turns out, the tennis icon is right. A report in news agency AP which was published last year, debunked the claims about gender-affirming care in America. Countering the claims that a 3-year-old child can receive gender-affirming surgery, AP said that it is not possible.
Moreover, in another report published by AAMC.org, it has been revealed that across the United States, 23 states have adopted laws or policies that ban or severely limit gender-affirming care (GAC) for minors, and several others are eyeing the possibility.
Andy Roddick subtly slams comedians who made problematic comments during Donald Trump’s MSG rally
Andy Roddick has consistently criticized Donald Trump and his party. Apart from refuting his claims about gender-affirming care, Roddick also took a dig at the Republican leader’s Madison Square Garden rally.
A line from the comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, who warmed up the crowd before Trump came to the stage, attracted a lot of criticism. After Hinchcliffe called Puerto Rico the “island of garbage”, critics hit hard at Trump.
However, a few of his supporters defended Hinchcliffe’s comments citing freedom of speech. In response, a social media influencer explained why the criticism was valid. Roddick endorsed the view and shared the video on his social media.

Meanwhile, Trump called the Madison Square Garden rally a lovefest and said that he felt honored to be a part of it. As of Tuesday, however, FiveThirtyEight’s daily election poll tracker shows Vice President Harris leading the national polls with a 1.5-percentage-point advantage over former President Trump.
