Coco Gauff headed to Riyadh for WTA Finals
While her 2023 US Open championship was a huge achievement, Coco Gauff has moved past that. She could not defend her crown in New York this year. The American WTA ace won only two titles in the 2024 season—the ASB Classic and the China Open.
However, making it to the semifinals at Roland Garros and the Australian Open helped Gauff qualify for the WTA Finals for the third consecutive year. Now, she would be focused on making the most of this opportunity.
Gauff landed in Riyadh for the year-ending championships, and she looks excited for the tournament. The World No. 3 gave her fans a sneak peek into her locker room. Gauff seemed pretty happy with the facilities. She is set to open her campaign at the 2024 WTA Finals against top seed Iga Swiatek.
