Amid the season opener, NFL fans have brutally ripped into Travis Kelce after the pre-game practice snippets where he showcased his first looks. The NFL fans have taken it to X, tweeting about the seemingly amusing sported by the tight end ahead of the game.

The NFL season has finally started on Thursday, with Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs playing the Baltimore Ravens at their home. Patrick Mahomes and the squad defeated the Ravens by 27-20, taking home the glory in the rematch of last season’s AFC championship game.

The star TE put his new look in light when the Chiefs players came out to a pre-game practice. Kelce was seen sporting the same sheriff’s mustache with a clean-shaven beard. However, the weird part came barging in with the funky haircut.

Kelce looked different from the slicked-back style he sported at the Kansas City Sports Award some time ago. He earned some good points that day with his overall fashion sense. Mahomes had earlier mentioned Kelce being so in love and growing his hair out after Swift expressed a liking for longer hair. Fast forward, the haircut has transformed from a slick back to some kind of mullet.

Meanwhile, Swift arrived in a stellar look. The pop star adorned a corseted crop top paired with denim shorts. Swift, who is on break from her tour, styled her outfit with red thigh-high boots to support her beau’s Chiefs.

Fans troll Travis Kelce’s new haircut

The online media has berated the 34-year-old for his looks. The fashion-forward NFL star has been trending on X since the game began in Missouri. Many want to know who is Kelce’s barber and ask him what he has done.

In light of the recent allegations, fans have quickly jumped onto that wagon. One X user tweeted, “He’s trying to force Taylor Swift to dump him.” Another has blamed Swift for turning him into a “basic white.”

The tight end has been likened to early 70s adult star, Jon Gries‘ character Uncle Rico from the film Napoleon Dynamite, son of republican VP candidate Gus Walz, and Jim Carrey’s look from Dumb and Dumber.
