The netizens were unhappy as the Huskies lost the game by two points after a controversial last-minute offensive foul. After the loss, Huskies star Paige Beuckers reacted to the game-changing call in the press conference.

The star took responsibility for the loss and had no complaints about the game-losing foul. Beuckers was disappointed that the team left the result on that one bad call. The star reflected on her regretful performance that caused the loss for the team. The 22-year-old took the loss gracefully without blaming the officials.

After winning the National Player of the Year award as a freshman, Bueckers suffered multiple injuries that prevented her from playing for her team.

After the team lost their chance to win the national championship, the Huskies guard broke down in the press conference while discussing the team’s season. The star was grateful for the season and expressed love for her teammates.
