Not many would have thought that Liverpool would put six goals past Fraser Forster and Tottenham’s back line when the two sides met on Sunday. However, goals from Mohamed Salah, Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai and Luis Diaz gave Liverpool fans six reasons to rejoice ahead of Christmas.

The win means that Liverpool will sit atop the Premier League table for Christmas, that too, with a four-point lead and a game in hand. Mohamed Salah had a special night against Tottenham as he grabbed up two goals and set up another two for his teammates.
