YouTube streamer and online talent IShowSpeed (or Speed for short) is infamous for his wild challenges. At this point in time, Speed is a literal multi-sport global ambassador. Now, he takes the challenge to 50-0 boxing phenom Floyd Mayweather.
This follows up with a global tour and a plethora of other antics in tow. Racing sprinter Noah Lyles – check. Taking on WWE’s Randy Orton and RKO out of nowhere in particular – check. Even sparring with Manny Pacquiao (62-8-2, 39 KOs) – check. Now, he shifts the attention to Floyd Mayweather.

Since retiring, Mayweather has fought both Conor McGregor and Logan Paul on the exhibition boxing circuit. He made $100 million to show ($260 million plus ROI) with 4.3 million PPV against ‘The Notorious’. Making another $30 million against Paul, he once touted to be best at legalized bank robbing and stripping the house of its dough. However, it’s been a while.

Hence, IShowSpeed now taunts the somewhat active yet retired ‘Money’ Mayweather to take the call-up. IShowSpeed remained steadfast in his intentions, stating that if Mayweather’s team approached him about a potential fight, he would be ready. Recalling his gimmicky scrap with Paul before he went mainstream, Speed said it might just take place. However, a coy Speed also hinted otherwise.

IShowSpeed has never been one to back down; granted he does not always find success though. To that point, he is actually athletic and a true practitioner/enthusiast in multiple fields. He rolled in at the Gloucestershire Cheese Rolling 2024. Speed agreed to race against the 2024 Paris Olympic track star Ewa Swoboda. He also has a challenge going on with YouTube prizefighter Jake Paul.
So, it’s not Speed lacking in effort, alleged the internet talent. IShowSpeed acknowledged the possibility but expressed doubt that Mayweather would take him up on the offer. It suggested that Floyd might be “scared” of facing him.

The streamer added that most professional athletes seem to be quite wary of facing him, perhaps fearing an upset. Speed teased an altercation with another boxer but refused to name names. He hinted that Floyd Mayweather might be staggering after that. Will Speed vs. Money be a thing of the future? There’s just no telling for now.
