A few months ago, the former boxing world champion launched a weekly video campaign in which he critiques other prominent figures in the boxing community. In his latest video, Oscar De La Hoya appeared to perform a three-minute-long Christmas song. However, in the midst of his performance, the CEO of Golden Boy Promotions took some jabs at a few of his rivals.
In a video, De La Hoya took jabs at several well-known figures, including Canelo Alvarez, Jake Paul, and even Mike Tyson, all in a sorted order. He began by targeting Canelo, with whom he has developed a heated animosity over the years. De La Hoya referred to Alvarez as a “redheaded Mexican duck.” Following that, De La Hoya took the opportunity to poke fun at boxing legend Mike Tyson.

Tyson unintentionally shared an awkward moment during a live broadcast where ‘Iron Mike’ was nearly naked from the back. While commenting on these incidents, the Golden Boy CEO also referenced several other controversial moments in boxing and playfully trolled other fighters.
In the midst of his commentary, De La Hoya acknowledged rising boxing star Jake Paul for helping to boost the sport’s ratings once again. Interestingly, following the three-minute-long Christmas song of the boxing promoter, the fight fans had quite a reaction to it.
