Drew McIntyre continued his quest to get revenge against The Bloodline sympathizers on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw. McIntyre faced Sami Zayn in the main event of the show, and needless to say, the two put on a great match. However, the moment that stuck in fans’ minds was when the Scottish wrestler carried his opponent up the steel steps and threw him onto the ring apron right onto his back.

The night had opened with McIntyre cutting a similar promo to the one that he cut during an interview a week earlier. McIntyre mentioned how he had gone home to his family in Scotland to cope with the loss of a loved one. During this time, only one person called to ask him about how he was doing. He had been led to believe in the past seventeen years that they were all a happy family backstage. However, he now called them out for being fake.

Zayn interrupted McIntyre and told him that they all thought he was recovering from Hell in a Cell. No one in the locker room knew that he was dealing with the loss of a loved one. However, this did not give him the right to attack whoever he wanted to, as the world did not revolve around him.

The Chosen One had already beaten Zayn at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The Underdog from the Underground wasn’t able to overcome the odds this time either.

In fact, they called the former WWE Champion a psychopath. The commentators and competitors themselves had already announced earlier in the show that the Canadian was not a 100%. However, this did not make the Scottish wrestler hold back at all.

A fan also talked about the expressions on McIntyre’s face after this brutal move. As Sami Zayn was wriggling in pain on the ground, the camera showed the 39-year-old with wide eyes and a deranged smile on his face. He started grinning and seemed proud of what he had done to his opponent.
