After a tantalizing year-long injury break from WWE, Charlotte Flair looks rejuvenated to resume her illustrious career.

Last December, Charlotte Flair tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus during a match with Asuka on SmackDown. Those injuries left a lasting toll on her body, and she had to undergo surgery. Flair’s yet to be back on WWE television. It’s the longest she’s been out of in-ring competition. However, she seems good to go. Earlier today, the 14-time Women’s Champion took to X.
She posted a picture of herself training with other wrestlers at Flatbacks Wrestling School. The facility is co-owned and managed by Tyler Breeze and Shawn Spears. Charlotte could be seen wearing a kneecap on her left knee, which might just be a precautionary measure. A recent report stated that Flair’s ready for her tentative WWE plans. She and Becky Lynch are due to be back in WWE soon.
Becky’s previous contract expired in June, and she went on a prolonged hiatus from WWE. Earlier this week, she was spotted at the Netflix headquarters along with other WWE stars and higher-ups, who met for a special event ahead of Raw’s Netflix debut. With Lynch also inching closer as Flair is to her WWE return, the women’s division beckons of a shake-up.
At one point, The Queen was penciled in to stay on SmackDown upon returning. However, as the fans know, WWE has come up with a transfer window. The general managers of all three brands are plying their trade in an attempt to fleece one another by securing top stars for their respective rosters.
As that rule is already in effect, a number of names will be switching shows. It’d be interesting to see who could lock Charlotte Flair down on a lucrative deal. Could it be Adam Pearce, or will Nick Aldis continue flexing his rich free agency haul?
Is Charlotte Flair primed for a spot at WrestleMania 41?
WrestleMania XL was only the second event of its kind that Charlotte Flair has missed in the last nine years. However, it seems like she’ll be back in time for the next one. That said, it’s likely that The Nature Girl will compete for either of the women’s titles at the Showcase of the Immortals in 2025.
A previous report from PW Nexus suggested that WWE has long-term plans for pitting the veteran wrestler against Tiffany Stratton. It was also added that Flair might be the one taking the title off Nia Jax.
The latter has been unstoppable since dethroning Bayley for the gold at SummerSlam. If Charlotte puts down Jax, she’ll become a 15-time world champion, a couple of reigns shy of breaking the all-time record for most world title reigns in WWE history.
