WATCH: Seth Rollins’ FAILED attempt at hyping the Bears fans results in their embarrassing loss to the Lions in the NFL
It was yet another dismal outing for the Bears on their home turf in Chicago despite Seth Rollins cheering his heart out for his faves.

In a week 16 clash against the Detroit Lions on Sunday, the Chicago Bears once again bumbled in pieces, succumbing to a 17-34 loss at Soldier Field. Before the proceedings got underway, Seth Rollins tried to start a “Let’s go Bears” chant. However, little did he know that it was only a drop in the bucket as almost no one joined Seth. On a side note, his wife, Becky Lynch also attended the game.
The Visionary was even trolled on social media, with some saying that everyone hates Rollins in Chicago, especially after his scathing remarks about CM Punk. The latter will square off with his former admirer on the Netflix premiere of Raw come January 6. That’d be their first meeting in over a decade. It has been brewing since the moment Punk returned to WWE.
Had it not been for his injury earlier this year, The Second City Saint was on track to challenge Rollins for the world title at WrestleMania XL. Letting the bygones be bygones, what they’re about to go through has been long overdue. Last week on Raw, they brawled like there’s no tomorrow.
A couple of days later, they came face to face at the WWE headquarters during the Raw on Netflix kickoff show. The two once again got physical after Seth hurled insulting remarks at the 46-year-old. Also, this week on Raw, The Architect will sit down with Jackie Redmond to discuss his tumultuous relationship with The Best in the World.
When Punk was made to go through the same quite recently, he referred to himself as the starter and called Seth a second-stringer. The Chicagoan also alluded to agreeing to bestow the free wrestling lesson on Rollins that he asked for when the latter was merely 16.
Is Seth Rollins’ WrestleMania spot in jeopardy after WWE’s new plans for CM Punk?
As WWE gears up for its most exciting phase of programming, i.e., the WrestleMania season, there’s a lot of hubbub going on behind the scenes. At one point, Seth Rollins and CM Punk were slated to go after each other at WrestleMania 41.
However, something changed on that front, and now their match has been preponed to the first Raw on Netflix. Why’s that? A possible reason for that could be WWE planning a Roman Reigns showdown for Punk at The Show of Shows in Las Vegas.
While it’s not set in stone, the discussions for it are ongoing in backstage circles. If that actually ends up being true, it’d leave Seth out of the picture. Not only would he miss out on battering Punk at the grandest stage, but Rollins may have to concede a potential WrestleMania main event too.
