Serena Williams criticized her ‘haters’ for claiming that she had bleached her skin. The controversy erupted because of a video she recorded when she was at a school event with her husband Alexis Ohanian and their two daughters, Olympia and Adira.
On December 2, Williams went live on Instagram to talk about her beauty brand WYN Beauty. While doing a make-up tutorial, the 43-year-old decided to open up about the controversy and rubbished the rumors of her lightening her skin.

Williams also explained that her skin looked lighter in the aforementioned video just because she was wearing ‘stage makeup’. Though Williams has admitted she never bleached her skin, she doesn’t have any problems with those who have done it.
