Carlos Alcaraz, though he has won four titles in 2024, wasn’t as consistent as Jannik Sinner. Alcaraz’s coach Juan Carlos Ferrero said he and everyone on the team are looking for ‘continuous development’ so that Alcaraz stays motivated in every tournament he plays.

Alcaraz won his first title of the 2024 season at the Indian Wells, before lifting his maiden French Open. He was the most dominating force during the summer as he also completed the Channel Slam by defending his Wimbledon crown and was on the verge of winning the gold medal at the Paris Olympics, though he had to satisfy himself with a silver.
