Alessa Quizon and Max Holloway started dating in 2020, and she later became his wife. Quizon is a professional surfer from Makaha, Oahu, Hawaii. Holloway’s wife is a native Hawaiian. She was born on 2 January 1994 and made her debut in a surf competition in the year 2009. Her town, Makaha, is known as a surfing town.
Alessa is a professional surfer who claimed 5th place in the 2016 Rip Curl Women’s Pro Bells Beach. Quizon admitted to falling in love with the water at a very young age and comes from a family of surfers. She tries to surf almost every day as it is a physical and mental exercise. Interestingly, Holloway also likes surfing and admitted to this on his JRE appearance.

On November 17, 2020, ‘Blessed’ took to social media to announce the couple’s engagement. Max wrote, “She said Yes,” on his X with pictures that showed their love for each other. The two also posted a picture of them celebrating Halloween in costumes as a family. This continued for the couple who regularly post about one another.
In 2022, the couple tied the knot in Hawaii. Holloway and Quizon chose a beachside wedding for their special day. With the marriage came a new role for her – stepmother to Holloway’s son. Quizon has a close relationship with Rush Holloway as well. Being a stepmother to Rush has made the surfer more appreciative of the job her parents did her.

Before dating Alessa Quizon, Max Holloway was married to Hawaiian model Kaimana Pa’aluhi. The former UFC featherweight champ married Kaimana in 2012. The marriage didn’t last long, much like the story of his parents. The two went on their separate ways in 2014 before getting divorced in 2017.
She is also Rush’s biological mother. Not many details about his first marriage exist on the internet. Though the couple separated in 2014, it did not affect Holloway’s MMA career.
