However, none of them have accomplished what White did as the president of the UFC. White pioneered the sport of MMA with Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta and made UFC into a multi-billion dollar company. Dana White spent his childhood in Ware, Massachusetts. His mother, June White, was a nurse, and she relocated her family to Las Vegas to earn better wages to support her family. White met Lorenzo Fertitta at Bishop Gorman High School. Years later, White became the manager of UFC fighters Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz and remained close with Lorenzo.

What is Dana White’s religion?
Dana White and his sister were raised by his mother, June White. White’s father, who was an alcoholic, remained absent throughout his childhood. His mother and her family raised White and his sister. During this time, his family raised him as a catholic. White believed in and practiced the Catholic faith in his younger days.
He went to the Bishop Gorman High School, administered by the Diocese in Las Vegas. Catholic schools are known for their emphasis on faith. Hence, White grew up practicing Catholicism in his early days. However, in his adult life, he stopped attending church and now considers himself an atheist.
What are Dana White’s opinions about religion?
Despite growing up in the Catholic faith, White denounced his faith after becoming an adult. He identifies himself as an atheist. In 2015, White did not appreciate when Yoel Romero talked about religion in his post-fight interview. He has a strange relationship with religion.
In an interview, he revealed his feelings on religion, the afterlife, and belief. This is what he said:
I don't like religion. I think religion is dangerous, and all religions are dangerous. Its scary and dangerous, and I think it's all bad and should probably all go away. You can believe in whatever you want to believe in like life and afterlife. But, religion is dangerous.Dana White on religion.
It is not known why White thinks religion is dangerous. In the past, White talked about not wanting fighters to bring religious politics into the UFC. However, fighters like Chris Weidman, Beneil Dariush, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Belal Muhammad, and Jon Jones voiced their faith in their interviews. In the current atmosphere where woke culture wants to cancel everyone, White has remained neutral.
